In one four week introductory course, you’ll learn acting 101, a crucial collection of tools that all actors need. Because every actor is unique, we’ll work to understand what kind of actor each kid would like to be and why.

Completion of the introductory course qualifies students for ongoing coaching.  Sessions are once a week.  Training topics include auditioning, on-camera work, improvisation, cold reading, script analysis, and understanding character development.  Special emphasis is placed on developing confidence in whatever circumstance.

Is there anything more fun than to collaborate with kids?

DSCN1729.JPGAs a working actress for ten years, Quinne is in the know.  She has vast experience in film, TV, and on stage. Quinne’s début was in television.  She worked for five years as a principle character, shooting twelve-hour days, six days a week.  From there she stepped into film and onto the stage.  In the last three years, she started sharing her experience and craft with child actors.

The audition process can be scary but Quinne makes it fun and doable for young actors.  Being on set places daunting demands on actors, but Quinne has some playful secrets to share.  Having also branched into directing and producing, she’s expanding her horizons in the world of storytelling.

Consulting with other industry professionals, Quinne has designed a class that will help kids who want to be absolutely comfortable in front of the camera or up on stage, regardless of the demand or situation.  Students learn about the whole process of film making and how each piece fits together.  In her classes, she simulates and mirrors the conditions of the entertainment and advertising industries, where there will always be some new and different circumstance for actors to deal with.

Quinne has created a fun, progressive training environment that you don’t want to miss.
